Post Options

All the settings for the posts can be found in  Appearance > Customize > Posts.

You can decide to show or hide post meta. By default, all of them: data, category, author, comments and tags will appear under the title. You can toggle settings for any of them:

In additional settings right below, you can choose the layout for the post pages. Toggle the Show sidebar? button to enable or disable the sidebar on the right side of the post. 

You can also decide to show/hide the Featured Image on top of the post, or to enable/disable the Related Posts section below the post content (only in Pro version).
